Muladhara Holistic Technology develops software applications including Sattva (wellness practice management) and KAI (financial management). These products are offered for individual use and, where applicable, as white-label enterprise solutions. Features, pricing, and availability may change at any time.

3. Contact Form — Proposal Submissions

Submitting a proposal through our Connect form does not create a contract, obligation, or guarantee of engagement. Proposals are reviewed at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to decline any project without providing a reason.

4. Intellectual Property

This website, its design, content, and branding are the intellectual property of Muladhara Holistic Technology. Software products delivered to clients include source code ownership as specified in the project agreement — the terms of which are defined per engagement.

5. Data and Privacy

Our products are offline-first by design. Practice data in Sattva and financial data in KAI are stored exclusively on your device and are never transmitted to our servers. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.

6. App Store Terms

Downloads of Sattva and KAI from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store are also subject to the respective platform's terms of service. In-app purchases, where applicable, are processed through platform payment systems or through Razorpay as specified within the app.

7. Limitation of Liability

Muladhara Holistic Technology is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our products. Software is provided in good faith but without warranty against all possible failure scenarios. Users are advised to maintain regular data backups.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or products after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated via the website.
